Juta8 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the juta8 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the juta8 platform, you agree fully and unconditionally to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you are required to refrain from using this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the juta8 management team. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. You are responsible for reviewing this page regularly to ensure you remain aware of the latest applicable terms.
The juta8 platform is strictly for individuals who meet the minimum age required under Malaysian law. Users who register with false information or use the platform in violation of Malaysian law will be subject to account closure and potential further action.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without warning.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. juta8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their username and password are not shared with any other party.
Account Security
- You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account, including any financial transactions carried out using your login credentials.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you are required to notify the juta8 support team immediately.
- The platform will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any such request should be reported as a phishing attempt.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a juta8 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules:
- Do not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Do not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operations, including cyberattacks, unauthorised system access attempts, or data manipulation.
- Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law, including money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Do not share or distribute content that is obscene, inflammatory, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law.
- Comply with all betting limits, withdrawal limits, and bonus policies set by the platform from time to time.
Juta8 reserves the right to take action against any user found to be in breach of the above rules, including immediate account suspension or closure without refund of any balance associated with the violation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Financial Transaction Policy
All transactions on the juta8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly through the user interface.
Deposits made to a juta8 account are solely for the purpose of using the platform. juta8 is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the methods and limits set by the platform. Withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification before being approved, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. The platform reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of terms pending the outcome of an investigation.
Bonus Terms & Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Winnings derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been met.
- Juta8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
- Bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
- Bonus credits are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The juta8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, juta8 management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to your account that did not result from our own negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and other materials found on the juta8 platform are owned by or licensed to the platform management. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without explicit written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. juta8 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. Access to third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms, Account Policies & Applicable Law
Changes to These Terms
Juta8 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
Juta8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasons including suspected fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, bonus abuse, or upon request from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms may be ineligible to re-register. Valid remaining balances may be reclaimed subject to the completion of any ongoing investigation.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate process under Malaysian jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the extent possible to reflect the original intent, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
